Getting Here
Topsham Train Station is only a 5 minute walk for easy access to Exeter or exploring nearby coastal villages such a Lympstone and Exmouth. Or for those with cars, on arrival you can park outside the house to unload luggage.
Parking
There is free on-street parking a 7 minute walk away. Or if you prefer there are 2 car parks less than 5 minutes away (Holman Way Car Park is the best to use, it’s £5/day and can be paid by the Ringo App).
If you have any questions about parking please drop me a message and we can chat through parking options further. It may seem dauting not having a parking space with the property, however the beautiful old quarter of "Topsham" is set amongst narrow lanes and not really an ideal place to park a car anyway! I honestly believe part of the charm of staying at the cottage is being able to explore Topsham on foot - including beautiful estuary walks, historic pubs and charming cobbled streets. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this beautiful house, 1 minute from the shore. House was spotless, very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. Description was spot on, we did park in the cark park but it was very easy to walk to and from and parking was renewable via app. Very handy for the train into Exeter. Lovely pubs and eateries in Topsham with recommendations from Bea. We'll definitely be back.

Bea's place is in the heart of historic Topsham, amongst the beautiful cottages and narrow lanes. The town is a fascinating place to explore, and everything is within walking distance of the house. Self catering is a breeze - although with so many pubs and restaurants round the corner, you may not want to bother! There is a car park 5 minutes walk away where you can stash your car (download the RingGo app on your phone and it's a breeze) - part of Topsham's appeal is it is NOT car friendly, so embrace it and leave your car and explore on foot. If you stay long enough to venture further afield, Exeter is only 10 minutes down the road, and Devon's south coast beaches are all within easy reach.
